Notice on Holding the Advanced Seminar on "Collaborative Innovation of Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration"

According to the "Notice of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Organizing and Implementing the 2017 Advanced Training Project for Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel" (Jin Renshe Office Fa [2017] No. 93), the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integrated Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation" municipal advanced training class will be held on June 26, June 30. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　Purpose of 1. study

This project relies on the unique advantages of Tianjin as a "national advanced manufacturing research and development base", the strong scientific research strength of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the first-class expert resources, and the rich practice of close cooperation and collaborative innovation with many domestic leading enterprises. The aim is to help leading cadres, senior managers and technical backbones of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration work to deeply understand the relevant national policy system, technological trends, industrial structure, opportunities, challenges and development strategies, accurately grasp the development direction and the essence of science and technology of advanced manufacturing, in order to promote the city's advanced manufacturing industry to move towards the direction of the same goal, integration of measures, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, optimize the collaborative system structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei advanced manufacturing industry, and accelerate The pace of industrial transformation and upgrading will comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and play a high-end leading and radiating role.

The city is engaged in manufacturing, especially in the field of advanced manufacturing, with senior professional and technical positions or titles of professional and technical personnel, senior management cadres and professional and technical personnel related to the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei; comrades in relevant colleges and universities (including vocational colleges) responsible for personnel training in the field of manufacturing.

The number of participants is about 70.

(I) research methods

Specialist lectures and on-site micro-consultation, visits to key research institutes of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University, on-site teaching of benchmarking enterprises and other research and training methods are combined.

(II) Teaching Expert

The experts invited in the seminar include well-known experts and relevant leaders in the field of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, professors from famous domestic universities such as Tsinghua University, and heads of representative enterprises in key areas of China's manufacturing 2025 planning.

After the (I) training personnel have completed the prescribed courses and passed the examination, the Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security will issue the training certificate of talent training project in key areas of economic and social development of Tianjin.

(II) participants shall pay for their own round-trip transportation expenses, and no other fees shall be charged.

(III), all relevant units are requested to determine the participants as soon as possible, and feedback the registration receipt (attached) stamped with the unit seal to the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (contact information attached) before June 20 (Tuesday). The Tsinghua High-end Institute will issue the registration notice after passing the examination.

(IV) participants must submit a 1-inch recent bareheaded photo when reporting for duty. Before the end of the seminar, each student should submit a research summary or paper of about 2000 words in combination with the research content, which will be used as the basis for the issuance of the "Tianjin Economic and Social Development Key Fields Talent Training Project Training Certificate.
