　　The first badminton competition of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University ended successfully

In order to promote the active fitness of the whole people, strengthen the interaction between the staff of the institute, and simultaneously build a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses centered on the party branch of the high-end institute, on April 13, 2017, the school affairs department and the party branch of the Tianjin high-end equipment research institute of Tsinghua university (hereinafter referred to as the "high-end institute") jointly organized the first badminton competition of the high-end institute. while promoting the spirit of sports activities, it also built a competitive interactive platform for badminton enthusiasts.

This competition is divided into three events: men's singles, women's singles, and mixed doubles. Since the start of the competition, it has received extensive attention and strong support from the academy and institute. The schedule lasted one month, and a total of 52 players and 8 team members participated.

The competition is based on the system of drawing lots, single elimination, 21 points, three games and two wins. In the competition, the players are high-spirited, challenge themselves, carry forward the spirit of "competition will, competition style, competition level", spin, jump, backhand ...... will play the ball skills incisively and vividly, won the applause of the audience. During the break, the players are diligent in practicing and summing up experience, reflecting the momentum of "learning technology, learning methods, learning skills", exchanging, discussing ...... showing a spirit of continuous progress, expounding the positive progress of sports competition.

In the end, after dozens of rounds of fierce competition and the final team review, the men's singles/women's singles/mixed doubles champion, second runner-up, men's singles/women's singles outstanding athlete, individual best fight award, and competition outstanding team award were produced in this competition.

It is worth mentioning that, as the first competitive event undertaken by the party branch of the high-end college after the establishment of the party branch, the participation of the branch staff was as high as 3/5, and achieved the best results of 1 list champion, 1 mixed doubles third runner, and 1 men's singles outstanding athlete. During the competition, party members gave full play to their vanguard and exemplary role, assisted in the competition, guaranteed logistics, and performed their duties with their own enthusiasm and participation to enrich the amateur life of party members and the masses.
