Tsinghua University mechanical engineering experimental class students to our college for practical study

On April 13, in order to further enhance students' practical ability to apply their existing professional knowledge, the Mechanical Department of Tsinghua University organized students from the experimental class of mechanical engineering to go to Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as "High-end Institute") for practical study. This practical activity came to the exhibition hall of the high-end institute, Tianjin Machine Tool Museum and Qingyan Tongchuang Robot (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingyan Tongchuang"), an industrialization company of the high-end institute, for a visit and discussion. Relevant persons in charge of the high-end hospital's enterprise publicity office and Qingyan Tongchuang received the students of the Tsinghua experimental class.

Accompanied by the bright sunshine, the students first came to the high-end hospital. Through visiting the exhibition hall, they gradually learned about the background, operation mode and development concept of the high-end hospital. They also had close contact with the research and development results of the scientific research teams of the high-end hospital in the achievement exhibition area. In the wonderful explanation given by the person in charge of the Enterprise Publicity Office, the students had a better understanding of the scientific research progress, industrialization process, scientific research team composition and horizontal and vertical scientific research projects in the seven R & D fields of the high-end institute. During the visit, the students exchanged and interacted with the person in charge of the enterprise publicity office on how the high-end hospital plays an important role in the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

Later, the students came to visit the Tianjin Machine Tool Museum. The students watched more than 100 machines made in more than a dozen countries, including Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and the former Soviet Union, as well as more than 500 pieces of old sewing machines, old telephones and other civilian machinery displayed in the museum. feel the beauty of industry and the wisdom condensed behind the exhibits in different ages. With the explanation of the staff, the students seem to shuttle in different times, and have a deeper understanding and experience of the development history of modern machinery.

In the second part of this practical activity, the students came to Qingyan Tongchuang to visit and hold discussions. Through the visit to the exhibition area and test area of Qingyan Tongchuang Company, the students learned about a series of achievements made by Qingyan Tongchuang in intelligent spraying robots, and watched the intelligent robots under test up close, and had a warm conversation and interaction with the engineers on site.

At the symposium, Li Zhenhua, deputy director of the Comprehensive Planning Department of Qingyan Tongchuang, as a senior and classmates of the Mechanical Department, launched a unique in-depth discussion. Li Zhenhua not only answered a series of related questions about the field of intelligent robots for the students, but also combined his own experience to put forward valuable opinions for the students' future learning and development.

As an expatriate professional research institute of Tsinghua University, the high-end college has received batch after batch of students from Tsinghua University to come here for practical study, and has always undertaken the important task of talent training.
