The Kechuang Big Data Project is in line with Tianjin's "Seven Chains" Precision Innovation Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence. In the next step, the District Science and Technology Bureau will actively provide more high-quality and comprehensive services for high-end institutes, take the science and technology big data project as the starting point, improve the industrial incubation level of Shui Mu Ke, and promote the industrialization process of research and development results.
