On January 16, 2019, Zhang Qingyun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Tai'an Science and Technology Bureau, Han Qingdong, Vice President of Taishan Institute of Science and Technology, and his entourage visited the Shuimu Customer Innovation Center of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as the "High-end Institute"), Zhang Xiaoqing, Vice President of our institute, and relevant persons in charge of Shuimu Customer Innovation Center, as well as representatives of incubating enterprises such as Qingjin Medical Association (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingjin Medical Association") and Tianjin Zhiqing Huihua Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhiqing Huihua") received the research group and held discussions and exchanges on the incubation operation mode, intelligent health care technology innovation and industrial application of Shui Muke.

The Taian research group first visited the intelligent health hut, inspected the cloud platform for home care and intelligent health care developed and operated by Qingjin Medical Association, and systematically experienced a series of traditional Chinese medicine intelligent diagnosis software and diagnosis and treatment equipment such as Zhiqing Huihua's traditional Chinese medicine human body state syndrome pattern identification system, over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine intelligent recommend system, composite light-heat penetration moxibustion therapy instrument and medical infrared thermal imaging auxiliary diagnosis and evaluation system, the innovative spirit and innovative achievements of the incubated enterprises are fully affirmed. Zhang Zebin, general manager of Qingjin Medical Association, and Liang Huaixin, general manager of Zhiqing Huihua, respectively introduced the construction, industrialization and future development plans of their respective scientific research teams, and reported on the comprehensive health service platform, traditional Chinese medicine workstation and series of products of intelligent medical care, showing the pattern identification system of traditional Chinese medicine human health status syndrome element, over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine intelligent recommend system, compound light-heat penetration moxibustion therapy instrument and other related products. The teams of the two sides discussed the cooperation fields and cooperation mode in depth in combination with the local health policy and market trend of Tai'an City, which laid a good foundation for the future cooperation between the two sides.

After the visit to the incubating enterprises, the research team and its party came to the Shuimu Passenger Co-creation Center. The staff of the Shuimu Passenger Transport Camp showed the Shuimu Passenger Online Incubation Platform on the spot and made relevant reports to the research team on the "Creative_Project_Product_Enterprise_Industry" five-incubation ecosystem based on the "Internet" built by Shuimu Passenger. The Shuimu Customer Innovation Center is affiliated to the high-end hospital and is a crowd-creation space for the fields of "intelligent manufacturing, intelligent city and intelligent life". It focuses on rail transit, photoelectric technology, additive manufacturing, Internet of Things, intelligent medical and other industrial fields, gathers and cultivates high-quality double-creation projects, builds a complete incubation ecology, and relies on online incubation service system and intelligent matching technology for resource integration and cross-regional accurate docking, realize the whole chain of virtual incubation.

Cooperation and negotiation

After listening to the report, Director Zhang Qingyun spoke highly of the innovative incubation mode of Shui Mu Ke Zhongchuang Center and expressed his expectation for subsequent cooperation in cross-regional joint online incubation. He hoped to build a cross-regional full-chain professional incubation demonstration platform with highly concentrated resources and accurate docking based on Shui Mu Ke's online incubation system and with the help of research and development incubation services provided by Shui Mu Ke in professional fields.
