Later, Zhang Xiangjun made a comprehensive report on the work of our hospital from the aspects of team building, scientific research progress, derivative incubation and industrial docking. He put forward the "development map" of the high-end hospital from the three starting points of "who will do things", "how to do things" and "what to do", and introduced the close and comprehensive connection service of our hospital in the "handshake area" of production, teaching and research. At present, the high-end institute has formed a "small ecological" industrial chain in the fields of rail transit, nuclear energy, friction reduction and consumption reduction by building an enterprise innovation cooperation system, laying the foundation for the upstream and downstream docking of the high-end equipment industry.
