On the morning of September 20, Bai Jingyu, deputy inspector of the High Technology Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and a group of five people conducted a research visit to the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (referred to as the "High-end Institute"), accompanied by Wang Jiahui, deputy director of the Tianjin Development and Reform Commission.
