On July 3, 2018, the fourth meeting of the leading group of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute") was held in the conference room on the first floor of Building 5, Kechuang Huigu, Dongli District, Tianjin. Xia Xin affirmed the development achievements of the high-end hospital. He pointed out that in the past few years, high-end institutes have contributed to the innovation and development of Dongli District in terms of achievement transfer and transformation, technology output, and industrialization. At the same time, the high-end college has many highly educated and high-tech talents, and the good talent reserve also adds innovative power to the road of economic transformation in Dongli District. Subsequently, Xia Xin put forward three expectations for the future development of the high-end institute: to continue to promote the industrialization process of achievement transformation with regional industrial development as the core; Expand science and technology finance, focus on business centers, and continue to lead industrial innovation; Maximize the transformation of Tsinghua University's cutting-edge technology and continue to help traditional enterprises upgrade their industries. On behalf of Tsinghua University, You Zheng thanked Tianjin and Dongli District Governments for their strong support for the overall construction of high-end hospitals. He said that as a professional expatriate institute for school-local cooperation, the high-end institute has focused on industry, specialty and service advantages in Tianjin. The landing of Tsinghua University's full-time master of engineering program in intelligent equipment design and manufacturing will also promote the construction of high-end talent platform. It is hoped that the high-end institute will be able to further improve the new industrialization chain from the transformation of basic disciplines and achievements in the institute to the specialization of team skills and the promotion of the company's industry in the future, so as to provide technical support and good technical services for the development of local regions.

In his speech, Dai Yongkang pointed out that the high-end institute has made remarkable achievements so far, which has played a good role in promoting the development of science and technology in Tianjin, and has become a benchmark for technological innovation in scientific research institutes.
