The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "Motor Permanent Magnet Remanufacturing Green Design Platform Construction Project" declared by our hospital has passed the project publicity.
On June 12, 2018, led by Ruichang Senaoda Technology Co., Ltd. and jointly declared by the Advanced Manufacturing Joint R & D Center of Tsinghua University Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "High-end Institute"), the 2018 green manufacturing system integration project "Motor Permanent Magnet Remanufacturing Green Design Platform Construction Project" successfully passed the three-level review of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it ranks second among more than 200 recommend projects submitted by provinces across the country. At present, the project has been completed by the Ministry of publicity.
Our institute has jointly established a consortium with Ruichang senaoda technology co., ltd, electrical technology research institute of Chinese academy of sciences and the other two enterprises, with a project application fund of 45 million yuan. Among them, Wang Xianchang, chairman of Ruichang Senaoda Technology Co., Ltd., is the general person in charge of the project, and Zhang Xiaohao, director of the Institute of Intelligent Security Technology and equipment of the High-end Institute and director of the Advanced Manufacturing Joint Research and Development Center, is the technical person in charge of the project. The advanced manufacturing joint research and development center of the high-end institute is mainly responsible for the design, planning and construction of the non-destructive dismantling and green cleaning assembly line of waste motors, the green design of the standard-setting remanufacturing process and the equipment renovation, accounting for 25% of the total workload of the project.
Energy conservation and environmental protection, green manufacturing, circular economy, is the global problem to be solved. Through tackling key problems of the old motor permanent magnet green technology, the project gives full play to the advantages of advanced technology, design and manufacturing and engineering practice, and realizes the co-construction and sharing of green design resources, so as to improve the green lean production capacity and enhance the market competitiveness of green motor products. Through overall planning and coordination, we will promote the green development of regional manufacturing industry, further improve the level of green manufacturing, and lead the green transformation of the industry.
