Institute introduction:
The Institute of Industrial 4.0 was established in 2016, based on high-end equipment manufacturing and high-end equipment service industries, relying on the powerful think tank resources of Tsinghua University to provide enterprises with strategic planning and consulting, production capacity diagnosis and intelligent manufacturing system construction, and help enterprises transform and upgrade, Realize industrial automation, digitization and intelligence.
The research institute team has a consulting department, an intelligent manufacturing department, an industrial automation department, and an industrial software department. There are more than 10 professional technical backbones to carry out application research and engineering practice in the field of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.
Core business:
1. Provide enterprises with intelligent factory planning and design and intelligent manufacturing diagnostic evaluation, as well as provide information business sorting, blueprint planning, implementation strategy and plan formulation in the early stage of enterprise intelligent factory construction, so as to help enterprises build intelligent factories more scientifically and efficiently.
2. Provide a complete intelligent manufacturing solution system for the digital transformation of enterprises and the construction of intelligent factories, relying on Tsinghua's iTiPLAT platform with independent intellectual property rights and its industrial software applications, deploy industrial software products with high configurability, strong scalability and zero code operation and maintenance for enterprises, help enterprises to transform and upgrade digitally, and reduce costs, improve efficiency and whole life cycle management for enterprises in many ways.
3. Relying on the Tsinghua iTiPLAT platform, build an industrial Internet platform and an industrial Internet platform to provide industrial SaaS applications and industrial chain services for sub-sectors and industries.
