The Power Transmission Applied Technology Research Institute of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University has independent technologies and products of transmission control, motor and power electronics. The core of the team comes from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics Technology of Tsinghua University, which can provide technical support for enterprises that are willing to improve their own equipment level and product market competitiveness, including providing advanced and applicable power transmission integration technology and products for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, undertaking the entrusted development of enterprises, and cooperating with enterprises to build R & D centers and other service forms.
Key areas of strength of the Institute
1. Powertrain Integration Technology
With the high integration of power electronics, control technology and motor, reducer and other products, the design, analysis and application of motor and reducer and other products are no longer as independent objects, but the research of motor and reducer is placed in the whole system through the theoretical method of system modeling and optimization, which makes the design, manufacture and operation of related units more closely integrated, in order to achieve better operating performance of the whole system, lower manufacturing and operating costs, in order to provide system technology solutions to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products.
2. frequency conversion control electromagnetic coupler
Inductive electromagnetic coupler adopts position sensorless vector control to realize non-contact torque transmission between mechanical shafts at different speeds. It is especially suitable for speed regulation of fan pump load and variable speed constant frequency wind turbine. The power capacity of frequency converter is less than 1/6 of the transmission power. The measured transmission efficiency of the MW-level electromagnetic coupler is close to 99%.
3. electromagnetic planetary gear reducer
The magnetic force between the magnetic poles is used to replace the mechanical force between the meshing teeth of the mechanical planetary gear to transmit power, and the non-contact transmission is realized. It has the characteristics of low vibration and noise, long life, high operating efficiency and reliability and maintenance-free. Can be widely used in power plants, water plants, metallurgy, petrochemical and ship and vehicle transmission system.
