Laser Engineering Research Institute
Laser Engineering Research Institute was established in 2015, from Tsinghua 20 years of technology accumulation, focusing on the field of optical electronics development, is the leading laser design and development manufacturing units. The Institute is affiliated to Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University. The team consists of a number of Tsinghua University PhDs, masters and experienced senior engineers. The main characteristics of the team are strong research and development ability and fast development speed.
Since its establishment, the Laser Engineering Research Institute has undertaken a large number of national key scientific and technological projects, and a number of products have been handed over to local enterprises for production. Key technical indicators such as product power, beam quality, environmental adaptability, and reliability are all at the domestic first-class level. Core Technology
High-power picosecond lasers: J series-industrial picosecond lasers
The J series offers all-solid-state picosecond lasers. Output wavelength from deep ultraviolet to near infrared band optional: 213nm / 266nm / 355nm / 532nm/1064nm. The laser adopts industrial design, compact and sturdy structure, simple and universal interface, suitable for system integration. The output laser pulse width is ps magnitude, and the heat affected zone (HAZ) of the processed material is extremely small to ensure the high quality process effect.

High-power nanosecond lasers: K series-industrial nanosecond lasers
The K Series provides solid-state laser light sources with nanosecond pulse widths. Using CombinedGuiding technology, the laser solves the problem of beam quality deterioration under high power while realizing power expansion, effectively prevents the damage resistance of ultraviolet crystal, improves the frequency conversion efficiency, and realizes the stable ultraviolet laser output of more than 40W power. The K Series is a versatile tool that can be used in a variety of manufacturing processes.

Large Energy Solid State Laser: S Series-Large Energy Laser for Equipment
The S series offers all-solid-state nanosecond lasers. The output wavelength covers the deep ultraviolet to mid-infrared band: 213nm / 266nm / 355nm / 532nm / 1064nm / 2100nm, which can achieve a large energy laser output of more than 80mJ. Laser pulse width, frequency, energy can be customized, and can choose multi-wavelength output at the same time. S series lasers are compact, small in size, simple and versatile in interface, and suitable for system integration.

Radar solid-state lasers: Q series-advanced radar lasers
The Q Series is a compact high-energy high-beam quality nanosecond laser source for advanced radar applications. The Q series uses CombinedGuiding technology to solve the problem of deterioration of high-energy laser beam quality, and realizes laser output with high energy (fundamental frequency light 40mJ), excellent beam quality (M2<1.5), high repetition frequency (2kHz) and short pulse (<5ns). It is an ideal light source for advanced long-distance radar.
