The Institute of Surface and Surface Micro-Nano Technology of Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University, relying on the accumulation of scientific research achievements in the past decades of the Department of Mechanics and the State Key Laboratory of Tribology of Tsinghua University, with the policy support of Tianjin and the technical support of Tsinghua University, realizes the industrial transformation and application of self-assembled chlorine dioxide slow release, self-assembled coating oil-water separation, super-hydrophilic/hydrophobic surface preparation, adsorption-catalytic integration, nano needle transfection and other technologies, carry out the transformation of relevant achievements of self-assembly technology, scientific research industrialization, technical support and product services, and establish the operation mode of related products corporatization.
Professor Wang Jiadao, director of the Institute of Surface Interface Micro-nano Technology and professor of Tsinghua University's Department of Machinery, and his team, based on the basic theoretical research on fluid-solid interface effect control, have proposed new technologies such as self-assembly micro-nano manufacturing, interface effect drag reduction, surface self-cleaning, and precise cell control. Tianjin Qingke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a product industrialization company, has hatched a variety of innovative products in the fields of air purification, water treatment, disinfection and sterilization.

Self-cleaning coating technology
