Institute introduction:
On June 6, 2018, the Institute of Intelligent Materials and Systems, established by Professor Zhou Ming of the Department of Mechanics of Tsinghua University, officially settled in the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University.
The development goal is set at intelligent materials and systems, and has initially completed hypersonic nanomaterial spraying equipment, oil abrasive particle detection analyzer, industrial picosecond laser, terahertz time domain spectrometer and other equipment.
The goal is to base on existing technology and knowledge reserves, face the needs of the industry, solve product and process bottlenecks for target customers, and help them establish product databases and dynamic link cloud systems.

Industrialization process:
Based on "hypersonic spraying equipment", "oil analysis equipment" and other in-depth customer site, combined with the actual needs of customers, to assist users to establish a database, complete the last kilometer of equipment application.
Relying on the advantages of the high-end institute platform and the institute's own technical strength, it has focused on project declaration, winning one to complete one and promoting one. In the early stage, the construction of R & D team and experimental platform has been completed, and good cooperative relations have been established with many companies to jointly promote the development of industrialization.
