Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute takes high-end equipment design, manufacturing and technical services as the entry point, innovation-driven as the core, integrates high-quality resources at home and abroad, and is committed to creating a five-in-one "handshake zone" for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, including "scientific and technological research and development, achievement transformation, industrial incubation, scientific and technological finance, and talent training". According to the development plan, the first phase of the 35000-square-meter scientific research, science and education base and the 16000-square-meter pilot test and industrialization base of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute have been fully opened, and several major functional areas have formed a collaborative technological innovation, technological transformation and industry Incubation integrated chain.
Since its registration on October 28, 2014, Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute has formed a relatively perfect management system and operation mode, and formed a talent team with high educational level, reasonable age structure and strong comprehensive quality.
