Construction of scientific research institutions
According to the regulations on the Management of Scientific Research institutions of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the scientific research institutions of Tianjin High-end equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University are divided into three categories according to the different subjects approved by them. including government-approved institutions, self-established institutions and joint construction institutions with independent legal entities outside the hospital.
There are more than 40 scientific research institutions in operation in Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University.
1. Independent approval institutions: institutions independently established by major scientific research teams of universities introduced by the Institute, including:
(1) Research institutes and research centers established according to the strategic field construction needs of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute;
(2) Support the research center established by the rapid development of the strategic field of Tsinghua Tianjin Equipment Institute.
2. Government approval institutions: engineering centers, laboratories, scientific and technological service institutions, etc. approved by government departments relying on the independent approval institutions of the Institute.
3. Co-construction of enterprises: joint research centers and research offices jointly established by the Institute in the form of agreements with independent legal entities outside the Institute, including:
(1) A joint research center established in cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions or domestic (overseas) and domestic and foreign enterprises, relying on the independent approval of the institute;
(2) Relying on the independent approval of the institute, the research office established in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions at home and abroad.
