沙产业工程装备研究所是围绕沙柳木型材制造工艺的需要,将沙柳变为绿色的建筑材料,研发和设计全套机械装备,促使其形成新的产业,推动沙产业可持续的发展,为环境保护、生态文明建设作出贡献。 研究团队由清华大学机械系教授、博士生导师、长江学者路新春带队,聘请沙柳木专利发明人李茂林先生,围绕沙柳木制造工艺的需要,进行成套设备的研发、设计和制造。团队现有教授2人,机械工程师3人,电气工程师1人,化学工程师1人。 1.沙柳木型材具备尺寸稳定性好、力学性能好、可设计性等优点。阻燃等级达到国家B1级。游离甲醛含量≤0.02PPM。应用领域非常广泛。可以用于户外景观、木结构房屋、门窗、家具、古建筑修复、船舶制造等领域。 2.围绕沙柳木制造工艺,涉及的主要设备有:沙柳疏解机、改性罐、干燥机、铺装机、压机、热处理窑等设备。 研究所将根据工艺和产品的要求,持续的研发和升级全套机械装备,提高装备的自动化程度,从而推动沙柳绿色建材产业的发展,实现可持续的防沙治沙和修复生态的目标。 产业化进程 1、2016年2月18日,成立产业化公司天津清研华林科技有限公司; 2、2016年4月19日,清华大学天津高端装备研究院与天津渤海精细化工有限公司双方共同签订了《战略合作协议》。 3、2016年9月30日,清华大学天津高端装备研究院和鄂尔多斯伊金霍洛旗政府共同投资成立了内蒙古清研沙柳产业工程技术中心有限公司。 4、内蒙古清研沙柳产业工程技术中心有限公司一期投资一条年产1.5万m³的沙柳木型材生产线和引进一条德国年产3万㎡的木屋生产线。 5、2017年9月《联合国防治荒漠化公约》第十三届缔约方大会在鄂尔多斯举行,沙柳资源综合利用项目作为展示项目参展,推动了清华大学天津高端装备研究院在沙产业领域的发展和创新,向国际社会展现中国在防沙治沙领域的科技水平。 联系方式 地址:东丽区华明高新区弘顺道东段科创慧谷园区4号楼 邮编:300300 联系人:王倩 固定电话:84819473 手机:18902137521 邮箱:wangqian@tsinghua-tj.org 查看详细

Theresearchofmilitaryapplicationofretarder;Theretarderisonekindofnon-contactbrakingdevice,knownasthethirdbrake,ithasthreefunctions:firstoneiseffectivelyguaranteethedrivingsafetyofoversizevehicleonmountainousroad;secondoneisreducingtheusingcostofvehicle;thirdoneisreducingthedustemissionandnoiseofbrakingdevice,energyconservationandenvironmentalprotection.Atpresent,therearethreemaintypesofretarderproductsintheworld.ThefirsteddycurrentretarderwasborninFrancein1936.ThehydraulicretarderwasreleasedbyVoithin1961.Besides,theengineexhaustbrakeinstallationwasalsoreleased.Thesethreetypesofretarderoccupythecurrentmainmarket.InthedevelopedcountriesinEurope,theretarderhasbeenwidelyadoptedinaccordancewiththelawinthe1980s.Chinahasbeenpromotedretarderonthecertainleveloftransportationandcitybussince2002,andthevehiclewhichlongerthan9metersshouldbeinstalledaccordingtothelaw.However,theinstallationratioofretarderondomesticheavytruckisverylow,manyvehiclesinstallonebuckettospraywateronwheelhubtosolvetheproblemofbrakingwhendrivingdownhill.But,asthepromotionofGB-7258-2012,therequirementofretarderonheavytrackwilloccurblowoutsituationinthenextyears.Theexpectedrequirementofretarderwillbearoundonemillionunits,itisahugemarket.Comparingwithothertypes,theeddycurrentretarderhas80years’applicationhistory,ithassimplestructure,lowprice,occupyinglargeproportionofsmallandmedium-sizedretarder,andalsobewidelyinstalledonChinesevehicle.But,thedefectisthebigvolume,heavyweight,energyconsuming,hightemperature,seriousheatrecession,soitwasnotrecognizedbylarge-sizedvehicles’market.Thehydraulicretarderwithsmallvolume,lightweight,lowworkingtemperature,largerbraketorqueandotheradvantages.But,italsohasdisadvantagesofcomplextechnology,highcost,after-salesmaintenanceinconvenience,andpoorcharacteristicatlowspeed.Itisprettyhardtopromotewidelyduetothesefactors.Theengineexhaustbrakeinstallationwithlowcost,whilethebraketorqueisnotenoughathighspeed.Generally,itisusedtocooperatewithhydraulicretarderinEurope.FortheshortcomingsofforeignretarderandbackwardsituationofR&Dofdomesticretarder,ProfessorDeshengLIhasledteamtoresearchthenewtyperetardercontinuallysince2006.Thepermanentmagnetretarder(Figure.1)whichearlydevelopedfillstheinternationalblank.Itisnotconsumepowerwhenworking,andtheweightislight.However,thepriceofrare-earthmagnetfluctuatesharplyandthebadstability,ithasnotbeenabletogetlarge-scalepromotion.BasedonR&Dofpermanentmagnetretarder,theelectro-magneticliquid-cooledretarderwithdualsalient(Figure.2)wasinventedin2011.Itavoidsthedisadvantagesofpermanentmagnetretarder,theworkingprincipleissamewiththetraditionaleddycurrentretarder,whilethebasicpartsfrom36drasticallyreducedto4,therotorwithnofever,thestatorwithinternalwatercoolingchannel.Theperformancewasenhancedsignificantlyduetothewayofliquid-cooled,theweightandcostisreducedgreatly.Itisonedisruptivetechnologycomparingwithtraditionaleddycurrentretarder.Comparedwiththehydraulicretarder,ithasnoliquiddynamicseal,thetechnologydifficultygreatlyreduced,doesnotusetheoilmedium,freemaintenance,andhigherreliability.TheinventionhaswonthenationalinventionpatentandpatentlicenseintheUnitedStates.TheYangzhouAnxingelectromechanicaltechnologyco.,LTD(http://www.axjdkj.com)wasfoundinAugust2013.TheAnxingonthebasisofpatentofelectromagneticliquid-cooledretarderwithdualsalient,didthetransformationofscientificandtechnologicalachievements.Aftermorethantwoyearsofefforts,thedevelopedcoachseriesofretarderproducts(Figures.2)hasbeenwonexclusivesalesfromdomesticmajorgearboxmanufacturer(TheQijianggeartransmissionco.,LTD),itwillobtaingoodsocialbenefitandeconomicbenefit. IntroductionHigh-performanceTitaniumAlloysResearchInstitutefocusesonHigh-endKeyMaterialPreparationTechnologyResearchandsolvesthekeytechnicalproblemsinthedomesticproductionoftitaniumalloys.Theambitionincludesthelocalizationandstabilizationofproducinghigh-performancetitaniummaterials;theadvancementofthecomprehensiveupgradeofmaterialsperformanceoftitaniumalloys;thebuildingofthecorecompetitivenessofdomestichigh-techmaterials,andtheindustrialupgradinginthefieldofnon-ferrousmetaldeepprocessing.Itwillmeetthedemandsofcriticalindustriesandvigorouslypromotetheapplicationofhigh-performancetitaniumalloysandhigh-temperaturealloysinaerospace,civilian,marineandotherkeyareas.TheInstituteismainlycomposedofrelevanttechnicalpersonnelwithextensiveexperienceinthetitaniumindustry.Theteamhasextensiveexperienceinthepreparationofhigh-performancetitaniumalloys,hasachievedfruitfulresultsintheprocessingandhasmanycoretechnologies.
