(Summary description)润滑与摩擦检测中心是清华大学天津高端装备研究院与清华大学摩擦学国家重点实验室共建的第三方实验室,是提供检验检测、专业化评价服务的公共技术平台。  检测中心以服务全社会、促进制造与装备的节能运维与降耗为目标组建了一支专业的检测分析团队,长期从事摩擦磨损机理、润滑状态监测技术与润滑管理体系的开发,是提供检验检测、专业化评价服务的公共技术平台。    业务范围      核心技术   1、智能润滑系统    2、特种高端润滑脂的测评    3、金属与非金属材料的磨损与失效分析   失效分析:断口形貌、力学性能、微区成分分析等  产业转变  检测中心与国内外多家知名企业建立联合机构,就检验认证、智能润滑、装备智能运维等领域紧密合作,实现了产学研相结合的成果开发与转化;同时为中石油、国家电网、ExxonMobil、GE、KONE、三菱等企业提供了专业的技术服务和解决方案。  在高端院的平台上,组建了"天津市装备制造减摩降耗工程技术中心"。   仪器设备介绍     联系方式  地址:东丽区华明高新区弘顺道东段科创慧谷园区4号楼  邮编:300300  联系人:马庆超  固定电话:022-84819355  邮箱:maqc@tsinghua-tj.org  传真:022-84819350

Information

Research Center of Lubrication Technology is an indispensable part of Tianjin research institute for advanced equipment, Tsinghua University. It is a high-level R&D center for environment-friendly metalworking liquids and advanced lubricants research and production.

The center is led by Prof. Jian-Bin Luo, an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The R&D team mainly consists of intellects from the State Key Laboratory of Tribology of Tsinghua University and Tianjin research institute for advanced equipment. We have abundant research experiences in nano-lubrication field, water-based lubricants and high performance metalworking liquids for ultra–precision surface. Specially, we gain an extraordinary reputation in China in the nano-lubrication filming theory and  nano-scale processing technique.

In Tianjin, there are one professor, one associate professor, two senior engineers, three senior marketing managers and more than ten core R&D staffs in the center.

 
 

Core Technology

Research Center of Lubrication Technology can offer a series of high-lever water-based metalworking fluids and related additives, including black metal grinding fluid, anti-water-vapor-corrosion metal cutting fluid, aluminum alloy processing liquid, titanium alloy processing liquid, galvanic corrosion inhibitor, and so on. These products are based on the core technology with independent patent rights of the center. We have applied for 6 patents of invention by far, including one authorized and two opened.

 

  • Energy saving and antifriction lubricating oil and its core functional additives

  1. Anti pitting industrial gear oil
  2. Sulfur-and-phosphorus-free organic molybdenum,SPFM



 

  • Environment-friendly water based metal processing fluid Core technology

  1.Biological stability control and waste liquid post-treatment technology of water-based processing fluid system
  2.Lubricating film forming mechanism and emulsion liquid distribution technology of titanium alloy processing fluid
  3.Deployment of metal processing fluids for lightweight metal cutting of new energy vehicles
  4.Technology and process application of water based metal forming fluid
   ① Vegetable oil based titanium alloy processing fluid with biological bacteriostatic  Technology
   ② Cold rolling liquid of silicon steel with low spot defect

It is committed to provide effective solutions to the harsh and tough problems of metalworking encountered by our customers. These series of water-based metalworking fluids for ultra–precision processing and environment-friendly lubricants/additives that can improve the high temperature performance of vehicle gear under heavy duty, absolutely, are and will be a considerable contributor to the “Made in China 2025” plan.
