Research Institute for Test Equipment and Technology was a scientific subsidiary of Tianjin research institute for advanced equipment,tsinghua university. The research institute was mainly focused on advanced test technology research for gear transmission system, research and develop of testing equipment, the external testing services (cooperation) and consulting services for external project.
 
Qingyan Zhongzhi Test Technology (tianjin) Co. Ltd was established on the Research Institute for Test Equipment and Technology, Tsinghua university was the main shareholders of the industrialization of the company. The company was mainly responsible for transformation and external cooperation about scientific research achievements of the Research Centre for Equipment and Technology.
